Twisted Rib Fingerless Gloves
- Vendor: AS
- Type: Accessories
Was it the twisted ribs that Leanne was using in her cabled wrist warmers? Perhaps. Alice sought simplicity with a twist. She used a basic pattern and improved on the thumb shaping and the transition from the thumb to the hand. She preferred to reverse the thumb shaping for opposable thumbs but didn’t feel up to the technical task. So, Allison jumped in, knit a pair, reversed the thumb and even made a pair for her daughter. These fingerless gloves required several hands and are the epitome of collaborative design and the ethos of inspiring one another through sharing our creative process. Please enjoy.
Needles – size 5
